We deal with tax law, providing specialised consultancy on tax issues and assistance in the management of tax litigation in both corporate and private client fields as well as family office.

We are at our clients’ side even before a legal issue arises: we carry out due diligence to map the company’s tax risks and we handle relations with the tax authorities, including the negotiation of pre-litigation agreements, accessions, rulings, and appeal procedures.

In the event of litigation, we offer advice and legal aid in court proceedings at every stage of the proceedings, integrated, where appropriate, with the other departments of the firm to ensure our clients the best procedural effectiveness of the defence.

 We are also active and proactive in the field of training, offering training activities dedicated to professionals, companies, private and public bodies through courses and webinars.
