Carmen Triolo is an expert in criminal law, family law, privacy and administrative liability of entities arising from criminal offences pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001.
She graduated from the Alma Ticinensis Universitas of Pavia, has been a member of the Trento Bar Association since 1992, and is qualified to practise before the higher courts.
She joined the firm in 2004, after many years of experience in a prestigious Trento law firm.
She has worked as an honorary deputy prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of Trento and is President of supervisory bodies. She holds training courses on the administrative liability of entities dependent on crime pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001. Since 2018 she has been first Vice-President and now Director of the Forensic School of the Trento Bar Association.
