Tiziana Zeni

Tiziana Zeni deals with civil litigation in general as well as insurance litigation in relation to which she has developed specific expertise.

She graduated with a law degree from the University of Trento in 2005 and has been a member of the Trento Bar Association since 2008.

She is qualified to submit bids in electronic auctions of real estate enforcement procedures at the Court of Trento. She has also obtained the certificate of civil mediator following the attendance of a high-level training course on mediation held by the National Institute for Continuing Education and performs the role of mediator at the Forensic Mediation Organization of the Order of Lawyers of Trento.

She has gained significant experience in the field of civil law, providing legal advice and assistance both in and out of court. She has acquired specific skills in the field of enforcement procedures, also as judicial guardian, and bankruptcy litigation.

She is registered

• in the Special Register of Lawyers admitted to legal aid before the Court of Cassation and other Superior Jurisdictions;
• on the list of Consumer and Business Over-indebtedness Crisis Managers of the OCC Trentino – Organismo di Composizione della crisi da sovra-indebitamento degli Avvocati e dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili del Trentino;
• to the list of public defenders.
