Banking Law
Vincenzo has been involved in banking litigation for about sixteen years and has gained significant experience
in commercial transactions with credit intermediaries.
Graduated with honors in law at the University of Catania in 2002 and obtained in 2004, at the same
University, the Diploma of Specialization in Legal Professions.
He has been enrolled in the Register of Lawyers since 2007 and since 2021 in the Special Register of Lawyers
before the Court of Cassation and other Higher Courts.
He deals with banking law and has gained specific knowledge and skills on all banking relationships (for
example: current account, credit opening, discount, mortgage), on connected contracts, such as surety or
the mandate, credit securities and financial intermediation contracts.
He is an expert in the field of disputes concerning the current account, by way of example concerning
compound interest or usury, and reports to credit information companies and the Bank of Italy.
In the same sector, he carries out judicial and extrajudicial consultancy activities in favor of companies,
institutions and professionals, with the primary purpose of settling the dispute.
