Fabrizio De Santis has been involved in civil litigation for about twenty years and has gained significant experience in particular in insurance law.
He graduated in Law from the University of Teramo in 1999 and since 2002 he has been enrolled in the Register of Lawyers and since 2014 in the Special Register of Lawyers before the Court of Appeal and other High Courts.
Within ILT, he is in charge of civil insurance litigation in the Trento Unit, where he coordinates a dedicated team of professionals with whom he shares the defensive choices and follows the procedural development of each position at every stage and level of the proceedings.
He is very attentive to the selection and sharing with the team of new legislation and case law rulings most relevant to the insurance sector which allows to be always up-to-date on the issues dealt with.
He also follows with particular attention the development and implementation of digital tools in the internal management process of the positions, dealing daily with the team of technical specialists with whom he identifies and shares the most appropriate IT solutions in terms of efficiency, reliability, and speed.
