Andrea Girardi advises private and public companies and financial institutions on corporate law and M&A transactions.
He graduated in 1993 from the University of Padua, he has been honorary deputy prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Offices of Trento and Vicenza, chairman of the Supervisory Commission for Cooperatives (Province of Trento) and member of the Commission in charge of drafting the new regional law on cooperative supervision.
He is a member of the Trento Bar Association.
He is a speaker and lecturer at many conferences on security, compliance and D. Lgs. 2001 n. 231. He is also the author of writings on contractual matters in the context of extraordinary corporate transactions.
He founded Studio Girardi in 1996, which became Girardi Studio Legale e Tributario – Associazione tra Professionisti in 2011.
He has held and continues to hold positions as Chairman and Board member, mayor and member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 2001 no. 231 in various companies and groups in the banking, insurance, and commercial sectors. He served as Commissioner in the restructuring of a major Italian wine group.
